Favour E. has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2019, they worked as a Brand Ambassador for Pharos Production, where they were involved in blockchain, web3 NFT, crypto, FinTech, and DeFi projects. In 2022, they joined AmbassaDao as a Community Manager, responsible for maintaining a safe and inclusive community environment and ensuring content compliance with guidelines. In the same year, they also worked as a Content Creator/Ambassador for Oasis Network. Currently, Favour E. is a member of the Marketing Guild at bitsCrunch, collaborating on marketing strategies and conducting research activities to generate insights and thought leadership in the field.

Favour E. pursued their Bachelor of Education (BEd) in English Language and Literature/Letters at the University of Uyo from 2018 to 2023. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in Graphic Design from Empower Favour'sCommunity in June 2023.
