Alexandra MacKenzie

Alexandra MacKenzie is a professional with extensive experience in employee experience, internal communications, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Employee Experience and Internal Communications at BitSight since January 2022, Alexandra previously worked at Bain & Company as Manager of Global Recruiting from July 2021 to December 2021. Prior to that, Alexandra held various roles at Goodwin from February 2014 to July 2021, including Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and Talent Acquisition Assistant. Alexandra obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communication from Boston College, graduating in 2013.
