David Issac

David Issac is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and team management. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Bitsight since July 2018, David plays a pivotal role in enhancing cybersecurity investment strategies for clients. Prior to this, David held various positions at Lightwave Partners from July 2015 to June 2018, including Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruiting Manager, where clientele included BitSight Technologies. David began a career in recruitment at Vector Marketing from May 2012 to July 2015, progressing from Senior Technical Recruiter to Sales Manager and District Manager, managing teams and establishing robust recruitment programs. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Providence College, class of 2015.
