Manager, Customer Success at BitSight

Hayley Combs is a seasoned professional in customer success management at BitSight, serving as the Manager of the Non-customer Access Program since April 2017, and previously as a Senior Vendor Customer Success Manager. Combs plays an active role in BitSight's culture as a Co-Chair of BitSight Cares in Raleigh, and a member of both the Diversity/Inclusion/Equality team and the women's mentorship program. Prior experience includes roles at Global Knowledge Training as an Account Manager and as a nanny and au pair, with foundational skills developed as a swim coach at Greenville Aquatic Center. Combs holds a degree in Communications from East Carolina University.
