Paige Esser

Paige Esser is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Chief People Officer and EVP at BitSight since June 2021. Prior to this role, Paige held the position of Managing Director of Talent at Goodwin from June 2014 to May 2021 and was VP of Human Resources for Asset Management at Fidelity Investments from June 2006 to May 2014. Earlier in the career, Paige worked as Director of People Strategy at Sapient and held senior managerial roles at Deloitte in Los Angeles and Boston. Paige began the professional journey as an HR Generalist at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) in Boston. Paige received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Maine, completing studies in 1996.
