Pedro Marques is an experienced professional in customer success management and technical research, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Bitsight since November 2018. In this role, Pedro guides clients through onboarding and provides technical consultations while ensuring the effective adoption of cybersecurity solutions and supporting the renewal process to foster strong partnerships and deliver measurable value.
