Sam Laughton is an experienced customer success professional with a strong background in software implementation and client management. Currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at BitSight since July 2021, Sam previously held various roles at Mimecast, including Customer Success Manager for Commercial and Customer Success Manager. At Yardi Resident Screening, Sam was responsible for managing approximately 70 client software implementations, creating performance reports, and enhancing client property management processes.
