Zhichun Ye

Zhichun Ye's work experience starts in 2011 as a Software Developer Intern at Ambow Education Group, where they analyzed user needs and designed a database system for an online shopping system. In 2013, Zhichun became a Software Developer Intern at Lanmark Controls Inc. They then worked as a Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University in 2013 and 2014, providing assistance to students and issuing grades for various courses. Zhichun returned to BitSight Technologies in 2014 as a QA Intern and Software Developer Intern, implementing backend analytics projects. In 2015, Zhichun joined BitSight as a Test Engineer, later becoming a Senior Test Engineer/Team Lead responsible for leading a cross-location team. They then held roles as Staff Engineer/Team Lead and Engineering Manager, Insurance and Strategic Partnerships. Currently, Zhichun is the Director of Engineering at BitSight.

Zhichun Ye completed a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Computer Science and Technology from Xi'an Jiaotong University, graduating in 2012. In 2011, Zhichun Ye also participated in an exchange program at the University of Michigan, specializing in Computer and Information Science. They have additionally earned two AnitaB.org Mentor Badges from AnitaB.org, the first in October 2022 and the second in January 2023.
