Farooq Ahmad

Farooq Ahmad has a diverse work experience in software engineering, particularly in Android development.

Farooq worked at Bitsmedia and Muslim Pro App as a Senior Software Engineer, starting in 2022.

Prior to this, Farooq had a role at eddress as a Lead Android Developer from 2020 to 2022. Their responsibilities included implementing Android Azure DevOps, managing Google Play and App Store releases, and collaborating with backend developers and designers. Farooq also worked on integrating multiple payment gateways and implementing deep linking for referral and app screens. Additionally, Farooq was involved in securing Android apps using best practices and conducting code reviews and task management.

Before eddress, Farooq worked at ibex as a Software Engineer from 2019 to 2021. Farooq worked on various Android apps, including client-based and product-based applications.

Farooq started their career as a freelance Level Two Seller on Fiverr from 2017 to 2019.

Farooq Ahmad completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Sargodha, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Superior College from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Pre-Engineering.
