Ginele Delgado has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Ginele currently works as the Associate Director of People at Bitso, where they are responsible for budget management, benefits strategy, and hiring budget projection. Prior to this, they served as the People Operations Senior Manager at the same company, where they created efficient processes, managed opex strategy, and reported to the Chief People Officer. Additionally, Ginele founded Gin&Fin, a company that provides personal finance courses and advisory services. Ginele also worked at Konfío as a Senior Operations professional, solving strategic and operational problems and even acting as the interim COO for a period of three months. Ginele gained experience as an MBA Summer Intern at FinConecta, assisting in various projects related to open banking, COVID-19 response, and financial inclusion.
