Rafael Calderón

Rafael Calderón possesses extensive experience in strategy and consulting within various sectors, currently serving as a Product - BizArch at Bitso since November 2021. Prior roles include Strategy Partner at Deloitte from 2018 to 2021 and Managing Director for Deals Strategy in Latin America at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, from 2011 to 2018, where notable projects spanned strategy development for leading energy and consumer goods companies in Latin America, as well as advising on financial strategies and optimizing business units. Previous experience includes significant positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and The Boston Consulting Group, alongside an early role as a Risk Analyst at Banco Santander. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, complemented by an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and an exchange program at HKUST Business School.
