Santiago Roqué has a diverse range of work experience across various industries. Santiago started their career in 2009 as an Auditor at Stevens Pass Mountain Resort and later worked as a Cook at the same company. In 2014, they worked as a Lounge Busser at Telluride Ski & Golf before moving on to become a Commercial Analyst at Quince S.R.L. in 2015. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Sales Cashier at Telluride Ski & Golf. Santiago then joined Mangata SRL as a Commercial Executive, where they marketed company products and acquired new customers. In 2018, they worked as an Enterprise Account Executive at Banco Macro, providing marketing support and customer service. Santiago then transitioned to Glovo, first as a Senior Account Manager managing large accounts and chains, and later as a Strategic Account Manager LATAM, where they managed regional brand relationships. Santiago joined Ualá in 2021 as a Partnerships Executive, executing the alliance strategy for customer acquisition and retention. Currently, they are working at Bitso as the Global Strategic Alliances Lead, successfully managing key fintech and crypto partnerships as well as leading the partnerships team for Bitso Card. Santiago's work has resulted in revenue growth, increased customer satisfaction, and enhanced brand visibility.

Santiago Roqué completed a Postgraduate Degree in Digital Business from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' in the years 2021-2022. In the same year, they also completed a course on Blockchain from Coderhouse. Prior to that, from 2012-2017, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Blas Pascal. Additionally, from 2008-2012, they pursued an Engineering degree in Computer Science from the same university.
