Vanessa Gallo

Vanessa Gallo is an experienced Information Security Specialist currently employed at Bitso since July 2025 and engaged as a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals since December 2023. Vanessa previously contributed to Méliuz by developing its initial security and privacy awareness program and conducting risk assessments in compliance with the LGPD. Experience also includes roles at Ewally, where Vanessa led LGPD compliance projects, and at Lemon Energia, where compliance culture and ethical frameworks were implemented. With a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer for Innovation from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and ongoing postgraduate studies in Cybersecurity and Data Governance at PUC Minas, Vanessa Gallo combines robust academic credentials with significant practical expertise in legal, compliance, and information security domains.
