Špela Strojin

Špela Strojin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Špela currently works at Bitstamp as the People Experience Lead, where they are responsible for various HR functions such as drafting employment contracts, managing employee records, coordinating termination processes, and supporting recruitment. Prior to Bitstamp, they worked at Atom Krško, d.o.o. as an Assistant in a family fabric store, where they handled customer support, vendor research, and social media management. Špela also gained experience as a Human Resources & Administrative Assistant Trainee at RESISTEC UPR d. o. o. & CO. k. d., where they assisted with HR, administration, and payroll tasks. Additionally, they have worked as an HR Administrator / Student Work at Four Points by Sheraton Ljubljana Mons and Trenkwalder Slovenia, and participated in project work at Steklarna Hrastnik d.o.o. with a focus on the company's strategy.

Špela Strojin completed their education in a sequential manner. Špela began their academic journey in 2008 at Gimnazija Brežice (Economic high school), where they pursued the field of study in Economics and obtained their Matura degree in 2012. Subsequently, they enrolled at the Faculty of organizational sciences in 2012 and successfully completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources in 2015. Špela then continued their education at the same institution, the Faculty of organizational sciences, and achieved a Master's degree in Organization and Management of Human Resources and Educational Systems in 2018.
