Colm McGahan

Colm McGahan has a wealth of experience in the software engineering and customer service industries. Colm began their career in 2010 as a Sales Assistant (Temporary) at John Lewis, followed by a Helpdesk Support (Temporary) role at Salford Software. In 2011, they took on a Junior Analyst Programmer role at Regatta Ltd. In 2016, they were an Application Support Analyst at Chess Logistics Technology and a 1st Line Support at Shortcuts Software. Colm then joined Cloud Technology Solutions in 2018 as a Senior Software Support Engineer and Product Support Engineer. In 2022, they moved to BitTitan as a Customer Success Engineer.
