Alexandre Rouleau

Alexandre Rouleau is a seasoned professional in Environmental, Health, and Safety management, currently serving as the Corporate Director for Environment, Health and Safety at Bitumar since January 2025. Previously, Alexandre held the position of National Director of Health & Safety and Sustainability at Goodfood, where responsibilities included accident prevention and sustainability initiatives. Alexandre’s career also includes roles as National Director of Health and Safety at American Iron & Metal, and Director of Presence Management & Health/Wellness at Lowe's Canada, where management of injury claims and corporate health initiatives were key areas of focus. Alexandre's foundational experience in health and safety began at Loblaw Companies Limited and RONA, leading to significant contributions in both strategic accident prevention and program management across various sectors. Academically, Alexandre holds a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, a Master’s Degree in Kinanthropology with a concentration in Ergonomics, and a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Activity Intervention from UQAM.
