Justin Constant is an experienced paving professional with a career spanning over 19 years in the industry. Currently serving as Paving Superintendent at Bituminous Roadways, Inc. since October 2018, Justin has played a key role in overseeing paving operations. Prior to this position, Justin worked for Monarch Paving Company for 14 years, from July 2004 to August 2018, fulfilling the role of Paving Foreman. This extensive experience has equipped Justin with a comprehensive skill set in pavement construction and management.
