Larry Sussman

Larry Sussman has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Larry started their career at WTB as a Product Development and Design Intern, where they gained experience in product design and manufacturing. Larry then joined Tour of Nevada City Bicycle Shop as a Service Center Technician and Sales Representative, where they managed various customer-facing responsibilities and handled public relations for the business.

Larry then worked at TrainerRoad, first as a Customer Support Expert, then as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, and finally as a Senior Support Specialist and Community Manager. In these roles, they handled customer inquiries, provided technical support, and managed online communities. Larry was also involved in creating a single sign-on forum on the company's website and maintained user interactions within that space.

After that, Larry worked at FOX Factory as a Bicycle Service Writer and at Wahoo Fitness as a Test Engineer, further developing their skills in the bicycle industry. Currently, Larry is working at Bitwarden, where they started as a QA Engineer and eventually progressed to Lead QA Engineer. Larry is currently serving as the QA Manager in the company.

Throughout their career, Larry has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different roles and environments, gaining experience in product development, customer service, quality assurance, and management.

Larry Sussman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems at the University of Nevada, Reno from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business at Truckee Meadows Community College from 2016 to 2018. This was preceded by an undisclosed period of study at Sierra College in 2015, although no specific degree or field of study is indicated.
