Paul Schulzetenberg

Paul Schulzetenberg is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in managing teams and driving software development initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Build Release Engineering at Bitwarden, Paul leads teams focused on release management and development tooling. Previously, Paul held roles such as Sr. Engineering Manager at Outer Labs, where oversight included transforming engineering efforts toward an AI-based SaaS model, and Engineering Manager at Red Ventures, directing teams for the developer platform backbone. With a solid foundation in both backend development and team management, Paul has also served as a Senior Backend Developer at Advomatic and a Director of Engineering at Origin Eight, among other roles. Academic credentials include an MBA in Software Development and Product Management from The University of New Mexico and a BA in Computer Science from Macalester College.
