Niklas Istenes

Niklas Istenes has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Niklas founded and served as CEO of Bitwave AB starting in 2013. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Frontend Architect (contract) at WirelessCar. Prior to that, they were a Lead Frontend Developer (contract) at Volvo Car Retail Solutions AB from 2016 to 2017. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Scrum Master and Senior Frontend Developer (contract) at TeliaSonera. Niklas also worked as a Technical Teacher (contract) at JENSEN education in 2014, where they developed and executed course plans in Basic Technologies for IT-Project Management students. In 2014, they were a Solutions Architect at Inserve Technology AB. Previously, they worked as a Java Teacher (contract) at Plushögskolan AB from 2013 to 2014. Before that, they founded and worked as a Game Developer at Studio Freaks Interactive from 2008 to 2013, where they successfully completed various projects in web development and gaming. In 2012, they were a Senior Frontend Developer (contract) at Volvo Car Group. Niklas started their career as a Senior Software Consultant at HiQ in 2011, where they worked on projects for companies such as SJ and Volvo Cars, utilizing technologies such as ActionScript, Flex, ffmpeg, and C#.

Niklas Istenes attended Ljud & Bildskolan from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Gymnasium degree in Streaming Multimedia & Game Programming. Later, in 2008 and 2009, they attended Academedia Masters for Projektledning inriktning spel, although it is unspecified whether they completed a degree at this institution.
