Noelle Henry

Noelle Henry is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Assistant Counsel at Bitwise Asset Management since September 2025. Previously, Noelle held various roles at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), including Counsel and positions within the PCAOB Attorney Honors Program. Earlier legal internships included experiences at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Shake Extractions LLC, McGriff, FINRA, and Dunham & Jones Law Firm, alongside roles in marketing and reporting. Noelle holds a Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The University of Texas at Austin.
