Anthony Panella

Anthony Panella has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Anthony currently works at Bixal as the Chief of Party for the SERVIR Support Services Activity, starting in November 2022. Previously, they worked at Chemonics International from 2011 to 2022, holding multiple positions including Director of Program Management, Chief of Party, Operations Director, Finance Director, Senior Manager/Regional Financial Analyst, and Project Associate/Regional Financial Analyst. Prior to that, they worked at Peace Corps as a Teacher Trainer & Community Development Coordinator from 2006 to 2009.

Anthony Panella completed a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) at Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2010, they obtained a Master's Degree in M.S. Public Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy. Anthony also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies, which they earned from Arizona State University between 1999 and 2004.
