Peter Foo currently serves as the Vice President of Entrepreneurship & Workforce Development at the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, a position held since February 2022. With a strong background in global operations and compliance, Peter previously held the role of Director of Global Compliance and Operations at University Research Co., LLC and Center for Human Services, overseeing client regulatory requirements for numerous programs from September 2019 to July 2021. Other notable positions include advisory roles with DAI and various directorial positions with Chemonics International and Relief International, where Peter effectively managed programs funded by USAID and other organizations. Peter holds a Master of Public International Affairs from UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from Beloit College.
