Batool Shamim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the IT and operations sectors. As the Managing Director and founder of BixiSoft Private Limited since January 2023, Batool leads an emerging BPO IT services company in Pakistan, focusing on innovative business solutions. In addition, Batool holds the position of Director of Operations at Brown Bag (Pvt.) Limited, driving the expansion of e-commerce operations in South Punjab since March 2021.
