We build AI automation tools for UK Accountants — starting with a bank statement extractor that converts any PDF, scan, or phone photo into clean, tax-ready CSV data in 10 seconds per page.

We deployed this at a UK accounting practice handling 50+ MTD ITSA clients. Measured results:

→ 400+ hours of manual data entry eliminated per year
→ 100% accuracy across hundreds of transactions
→ Running cost under £40/month (client's own API key — no subscription to me)
→ Fully operational in 10 days, zero disruption to BAU

The tool has a one time set up fee. The practice owns it outright on their own infrastructure. No lock-in, no recurring subscription.

Beyond bank statements, we've built and deployed 7 production automation systems for UK practices:

→ KYC/AML automation — digital ID verification, automatic document storage, fully compliant
→ Automated MTD proposals with digital signing — CRM-triggered, personalised, signed electronically
→ Missed call reporting — daily accountability reports per employee and one coordinated report for manager, zero manual work
→ Tax intelligence digest — weekly AI-curated UK tax legislation updates
→ Client churn prevention — AI sentiment analysis on call transcripts, flags at-risk accounts
→ Custom workflow automation — onboarding, document collection, lead qualification

Every one of these was built during a 2026 consulting engagement with a UK practice where I'd previously worked for nearly 6 years. I know how practices operate from the inside — the January crunch, the client chasing, the manual processes nobody has time to fix. That's the difference.
