Our Entrepreneurial Scale Up System (ESUS) is aimed at owner managed businesses with typically between 2 and 25 employees looking to reach the next staging post in their ScaleUp journey.

We combine a proven methodology for scaling up and creating value (Flight Academy) with peer to peer support (SmartBoards) to provide real and tangible support that delivers.
