Founded By Entrepreneurs.

With more than 60+ years of business and entrepreneur experience, our founders understand how to harness the power of virtual assistants to streamline organizations and reduce costs.

With thriving businesses, Steven Kupferman and Omid Shaye were faced with the challenges that all business owners face — how to grow and expand and not endure crippling overhead costs. Office space, salaries for new support staff, and finding the time to meet and interview prospective candidates, all create huge challenges.

Working during the Pandemic taught us that working virtually was not only acceptable but could be very beneficial. The answer turned out to be virtual staffing. At a fraction of the cost of adding in-person personnel, virtual staff additions seamlessly mesh into your existing on-site employees, and with it comes higher productivity from everyone at the company.

After experiencing unprecedented growth, examining the financial gains in their own businesses, and perfecting their system of finding only top-quality VA’s, our founders realized every business would benefit from their experiences. Thus, the genesis of BizVA.
