Alexander Sova's work experience includes holding the following roles: Head of Procurement at Bizzabo (2021-present), Senior Procurement Consultant at Coleman Research (2021), Head of Procurement at DTEK Renewables (2021), Head of Global Indirect Procurement at ACINO (2016-2021), Head of Indirect Procurement, Ukraine & CIS at ACINO (2016-2018), Procurement Team Leader at PrJSC Philip Morris Ukraine (2014-2016), Global Procurement Manager at PrJSC Philip Morris Ukraine (2013-2014), Purchaser Key Accounts at PrJSC Philip Morris Ukraine (2011-2013), Supply Chain Manager at Cotton Club (2010-2011), and Logistics Coordinator at Move One Inc. (2010).

Alexander Sova started their education in 1999 at the Interregional Academy of Human Resource Management (МАУП). Alexander pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General, completing their Master's Degree in 2004.

Alexander further continued their studies at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2005 to 2009. Here, they obtained both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Supply Chain Management.
