David Blum began their work experience in 2006 with an internship as a Marketing Intern at Cora France. In 2007, they completed another internship as an Assistant Manager at Auchan. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Calvin Klein Jeans, starting as a Supervisor and gradually moving up to Assistant Store Manager and eventually becoming a Flagship Store Manager.

In 2012, David joined Giorgio Armani as the Flagship Store Manager for Armani Jeans in London, where they also took on the role of Project Manager for the store opening.

In 2013, they worked as a Senior Manager at Factory54, an IRANI CORP, where they restructured the organization and implemented new strategies.

From 2014 to 2018, David worked at Hello Group Software, first as a Customer Success & Project Manager, then as a Team Leader for the Customer Success & Project Team, and eventually as the Director of Customer Success. David was responsible for implementing processes, managing teams, and driving the successful implementation of various projects.

In 2018, David joined Investing.com as a Senior Business Development & Customer Success Manager. David led strategic implementation with Fortune 500 clients and focused on building and maintaining post-sales relationships.

Currently, David is at Bizzabo, starting in 2020 as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager. David is now the Manager of the EMEA Enterprise Customer Success Team, responsible for retention, product adoption, and up-sell opportunities. David also acts as a point of escalation for customer issues and works closely with executive leadership.

David Blum attended EM Strasbourg Business School from 2005 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, specializing in General Business.
