Jérôme Noel

Jérôme NOEL is the Vice President of Global Services at Bizzdesign since September 2025, bringing extensive experience from a long tenure at MEGA International, where Jérôme served in various leadership roles including Chief Customer Officer, Directeur Professional Services, and Account Manager from October 1997 to October 2025. In the role of Chief Customer Officer, Jérôme NOEL was responsible for coordinating Global Services teams to enhance customer experience through Professional Services, Cloud Services, and Support, while also acting as the Voice of the Customer within the organization. With a strong foundation in Software Solutions for Business Process Management, Enterprise Architecture Management, and Governance, Risk and Compliance Management, Jérôme NOEL demonstrated expertise in strategic direction, project P&L accountability, and sales enablement throughout multiple managerial positions. Jérôme NOEL holds a Master of Science in Information Engineering from City St George’s, University of London and a Bachelor of Science in Automation, Electronics, and IT from ECE TECH.
