Jen Waters is an experienced professional in customer success and service management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at BizzyCar since September 2025. Previously, Jen held the position of Director/Head of Customer Success at ZenGRC, where leadership encompassed a broad portfolio of enterprise clients and involved developing a scalable customer lifecycle strategy.
