Sean OConnor began working at ProdPerfect in 2021 as a Business Development Representative. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing outbound meetings via cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn research and outreach, and inbound lead qualification. Sean also onboarded new BDRs through product education, cold call script generation, email marketing techniques, LinkedIn research methodologies, Salesloft lead management, and Salesforce sales fundamentals. In 2022, they moved to BizzyCar where they took on the role of Revenue Operations Analyst. Theirresponsibilities included managing sales pipelines, dashboard creation in HubSpot and Tableau, accounts receivable management in Chargify, direct email marketing campaigns, and ad-hoc reporting on sales and customer success metrics. Sean also leveraged data to advise their Sales and CS team on best practices, workflow management and sales strategy.

Sean OConnor attended the University of Tampa from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a degree in International Business Management and Economics. Sean then went on to Boston University from 2018 to 2021, where they earned a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate Development. In 2022, they began attending Thinkful for Data Analytics. Additionally, they obtained a Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in July 2022.
