Phil Clements has extensive experience in the event production and motorsports industry. Phil has held various roles such as Production Assistant, Race Official, Assistant Stage Manager, and Video Production Technician. Phil has been involved in technical inspection, pit road officiating, and tech inspection throughout their career. Phil received education from Navy Electronics School and Grissom High School.
