Selma Ramovic

Selma Ramovic is currently the Enhetschef Konstruktion at Bjerking AB, where they oversee a construction unit with 42 team members across multiple locations. Since joining the company in 2013, Selma has been responsible for strategic growth and has successfully led initiatives resulting in organic team expansion and profitability. Previously, Selma held leadership roles at Grontmij Sweden, managing a group of constructors and overseeing significant infrastructure projects, and at Carl Bro AB, where they led projects related to the maintenance of architectural structures. Selma earned their degree from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology between 1986 and 1992.
