Our commitment to our staff is reflected in perhaps the lowest staff turnover seen in a Practice of our size. Since the formation more than 21 years ago, only two engineers have left for reasons other than retirement.

The Practice is committed to Partnering with our clients for mutual benefit, the success of this approach is demonstrated us receiving the 2008/9 Chartered Institute of Building National Award for Collaboration and Integration.

With Carbon Trust accredited expertise in low energy design, BJP is also at the forefront of integrated low carbon building solutions using renewables, biofuel technologies and community district heating.
