David Griffiths

David Griffiths is currently a Partner and Head of Restructuring at bk plus, where they lead efforts to assist SMEs experiencing financial distress. With over 23 years of experience in the restructuring profession, they previously held roles as Associate Director and Director at Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group. David began their career in business restructuring with Baker Tilly and BDO LLP before transitioning to a more focused role in independent evaluations with the establishment of Pivotal Evaluator Reports in 2024. They hold an LLB (Hons) Law degree from Wolverhampton University and are recognized as a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association and a Fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals.
