Rafia Munjerin

Rafia Munjerin is a Senior Engineer at bKash Limited, with experience in service operations within product and technology since March 2023, and has been involved in projects such as PGW Tokenized Checkout. Prior to this role, Rafia worked as an Executive Business Analyst in ERP at Asrotex Group from October 2021 to February 2023, focusing on process analysis, business process mapping, and root cause analysis. Rafia began the career as a Management Trainee Officer, gaining exposure to various operational departments and participating in CSR activities. Rafia holds an Advanced Certificate for Management Professionals from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Production Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology. Rafia completed HSC and SSC in Science from Kurigram Government Women's College and Kurigram Govt Girls High School, respectively.
