John Kalb

John Kalb has a diverse work experience in the electrical and construction field. John started their career as a Project Manager at Elco Electrical Contractors in 1990 and worked there until 2000. John then joined Schlenger/Pitz & Associates, Inc as the Director of Construction Administration from 2000 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Burdette, Koehler, Murphy & Associates, Inc as a Senior Associate and Director of Contracts & Commissioning. Additionally, they owned Powerline Electrical Services from 1996 to 2014. John Kalb's experience includes project management, construction administration, and business ownership.

John Kalb has a diverse education history. In 1989, they attended the Harford County Electrical Contractors Association for an apprenticeship, which they completed in 1993. Following that, they pursued further education at the Community College of Baltimore County and earned an Associate of Science degree in Administration in 1994.

John Kalb also acquired several certifications in their field. John obtained the Certified HVAC Commissioning Authority (CxA) through ACG/AABC, completing this certification in 2012. Additionally, they became a Licensed Master Electrical Contractor in the state of Maryland in 1996. Moreover, they achieved the LEED AP certification with a specialty in Building Design and Construction in 2010.
