Daniela Criado Alvarez is an accomplished UX/UI Designer with extensive experience in user experience design for digital products and services, specializing in methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Design Sprint. Currently employed at BKOOL since January 2022, Daniela has previously held UX/UI design roles at Alisys and undertaken various individual and team projects, demonstrating proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research techniques. Daniela's professional background also includes leadership experience at Workcenter and sales assistance roles at C&A and Primark. Educationally, Daniela has completed a degree in UX/UI design from NEOLAND, along with several certifications in design and art direction from Salesianos Atocha, complemented by language immersion studies in the UK.
