Sandra Mauron

Sandra Mauron has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Shared Service HR and Head of Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition at BKW AG since February 2019. Prior to this, Sandra held key HR positions at SBB CFF FFS as an HR Business Partner for SBB Immobilien from October 2001 to June 2018, and at Vogt-Schild/Habegger Medien AG as Head of HR from January 2000 to September 2001. Earlier career roles include serving as Head of HR and Deputy Administrative Director at KLINIK BETHESDA TSCHUGG from January 1995 to December 1999, and as a Personnel Consultant and Deputy Managing Director at Personal Sigma/Albisetti AG from February 1988 to December 1994. Educational qualifications include a degree in Supervision, Coaching, and Organizational Development from Institut Trias, a Federal Diploma in Social Insurance from the Swiss Association of Social Insurance Experts, and a Federal Diploma in Human Resources from the Institut für Kaderschulung Ifks, among others.
