Founded end of 1992,  B/L Transport GmbH started activities on 1st January 1993. From the beginning there were 3 partners in the company. Since 2007 Christian Buckow is sole shareholder of the company. From the early days the company was appointed husbandary chartering agent for various shipowners with full responsibility of the exclusive chartering of their ships, mainly in the european coastal market with tonnage ranging 1.500 – 8.000 mtdwcc. 
During the years a reliable cooperation with various trading houses has been established and the company has been appointed as panel broker for traders in the energy branch.
