Jesse Combs

Jesse Combs, PE, CPESC has a background in civil and environmental engineering, with experience in construction management, transportation project design and engineering, construction materials testing, and concrete forming systems. Currently working as the Director of IN Operations at BLA, Inc., previously held positions as a Project Supervisor at Butler, Fairman and Seufert, Inc., and Field Engineer II at Bollinger, Lach & Associates. Graduated from The Ohio State University in 2008 with a B.S.C.E.
