Początki działalności firmy sięgają przełomu lat 60. i 70., spółka pod obecną nazwą funkcjonuje od 1995 roku. Firma z małego zakładu dekarskiego urosła do dużego przedsiębiorstwa działającego w 8 krajach w Europie, z kilkoma tysiącami punktów hurtowych i sześcioma zakładami produkcyjnymi.

Wizją firmy jest silna merytorycznie i kapitałowo firma mająca ugruntowaną pozycję na rynku, zdolna do podejmowania coraz większych przedsięwzięć zarówno w kraju jak i na rynkach Unii Europejskiej.
