Michael Moore

Michael Moore has a diverse work experience. Michael started their career as a Senior Program Manager at Siemens, where they led a team of technicians and managed various projects, including a large server upgrade for AT&T. Michael then joined Fifth Third Bank as an Information Technology Project Manager, where they received recognition for implementing a complex software release. Currently, they are the President and CEO of Black Achievers, a non-profit organization focused on connecting, educating, and empowering Black professionals. Under their leadership, the organization has grown its network to over 4,000 members in Ohio and 100,000 nationwide.

Michael Moore holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Professional Scrum Master (PSM) from Scrum.org, Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC) from the Management and Strategy Institute, and Six Sigma Black Belt from the International Six Sigma Institute. Michael obtained these certifications in April 2018.
