Black Bear Dispensary is a veteran- and women-owned cannabis company founded by industry professionals Jesse and Carrie Worsk. With decades of combined experience in cannabis retail and operations, we’ve built Black Bear on a foundation of knowledge, quality, and service.

Our Pennsylvania locations specialize in Farm Bill-compliant, hemp-derived products, while our Minnesota expansion brings our approach to the adult-use recreational cannabis market. Across both markets, we remain committed to delivering safe, high-quality products backed by education and transparency.

What sets Black Bear apart is our hands-on, owner-operated model. We are actively involved in every aspect of our business—from product selection to team development—ensuring a consistent, elevated customer experience.

We believe cannabis retail should be approachable, informative, and rooted in trust. Through education, community involvement, and a focus on doing things the right way, we strive to make a meaningful impact in every community we serve.
