Ali Konsowa

Ali Konsowa is an experienced Information Security Analyst and Senior Technical Support Consultant currently working at Black Box since June 2021, specializing in various security solutions including Proxy Web Security, Anti-Spam Mail Security, and advanced threat protection. Prior to this role, Ali served as a Security Engineer at Z Services from June 2020 to June 2021, focusing on similar cybersecurity solutions and cloud security. An internship at the Information Technology Institute occurred in 2019, and earlier experience includes serving as an IT Specialist in the Egyptian Army from November 2017 to October 2019, where maintenance of over 40 PCs and 30 printers was a primary responsibility. Ali holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mansoura University, completed in 2016.
