Previously, Eric held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Precision Concepts International LLC, managing HR efforts during a significant turnaround. Experience also includes roles in human resources at MagMutual and U.S. Lumber Group, Inc., along with a foundation in financial analysis at TabSafe Medical Services, Inc. and investigative work with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Eric's educational background includes an MBA with dual concentrations in Management and Finance from Georgia State University and a BA in Spanish and Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
