Jessica Ackerman

Jessica Ackerman has over a decade of experience in administrative and sales operations roles at Black Box since May 2011, where responsibilities include coordinating office functions for multiple departments, managing ISO documentation, and supporting high-level executives in various teams. Prior to this, Jessica worked in marketing at DRS Architects Inc. from January 2006 to May 2011. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine/Studio Arts from the University of Pittsburgh, obtained in 2005.
