Black Business Warehouse is a business and career advancement platform for Black business owners and professionals to help unlock professional opportunities with our partners and businesses. Black Business Warehouse also assists companies with their diversity recruitment and marketing efforts.

Our mission is simple, we aim to make a substantial, and measurable impact on increasing Black representation among the workplace and as business owners. As well as improve and facilitate a productive dialogue about diversity.

Launched by Retail Lockbox’s CEO Craig Dawson in December 2020, Black Business Warehouse empowers our community to learn, connect, and apply for professional opportunities while enabling companies to connect with and recruit top talent from underrepresented groups.
