Scott Fairgrieve

Scott Fairgrieve has over 17 years of professional experience in the tech industry. From 2003 to 2006, they were a Software Engineer at Defense Group, Inc. and from 2006 to 2012, they were a Software Developer at Northrop Grumman. In 2012, they became a Technologist at HumanGeo Group and in 2016, they were appointed Director of User Experience at HumanGeo. In 2017, they took on the role of Director of User Experience at Radiant Solutions and in 2018, they became a Senior Software Engineer at SP Global, Inc. Most recently, in 2019, they were appointed Vice President of User Experience and Technology Leader at Black Cape. Additionally, in 2016, they were a Digital Editor/Designer - FOCUS on Geography and Fellow at the American Geographical Society.

Scott Fairgrieve attended the University of Virginia from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Systems and Information Engineering.
